Shipping Information

All orders will ship within 2 working days of receipt of payment.  If payment is made via an acceptable and authorized credit card, the order will in most cases ship within 2 working days.  If payment is mailed via a check or money order, the order will ship within 2 days of payment clearance.

All orders will ship via UPS or Fedex from Waterbury, Connecticut.  If a special mode of shipping is desired, then please specify your requirements in the order comments field and we will do out best to accommodate your request.  If the mode of shipping is more expensive we will need to contact you to obtain your authorization for the extra charge, so please also supply a reliable means for us to quickly communicate with you.

If you require the tracking number(s) for your shipment, please e-mail our customer service department with your name and order number at customerservice@floorsaverglide.com after your order has shipped.

Return Information

We appreciate each and every customer and we strive to satisfy the needs of every customer, so if you have a problem with the merchandise, please e-mail customerservice@floorsaverglide.com or call 203-574-2556 to discuss your problem with our customer service staff.  But in the event that we can not resolve your problem, and you would like to return your merchandise, please follow the following procedure:

Within 60 days of receiving your merchandise, please call 203-574-2556 to speak to a customer service representative about your return and to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  We can not accept the return of merchandise beyond 60 days of customer receipt.

  • Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip. 

  • The RMA number must be written on the packing slip and clearly marked on the outside of the package. 

  • Merchandise must be un-used and in resalable condition, must be returned within 30 days of issue of the RMA and should be returned via prepaid UPS, because we can not assume responsibility for merchandise lost in transit. 

  • A credit will be issued for the merchandise received and shipping charges can not be refunded. 

  • Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.
